30.06.2010 9TH MONITORING COMMITTEE OF THE CROSS-BORDER COOPERATION PROGRAMME ITALY-SLOVENIA 2007-2013
The 9th meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Italy-Slovenia 2007-2013 held in Bohinjska Bistrica on June 29, 2010, was concluded with the postponement of the decisions concerning the main topics of the Agenda.
Due to the diverging positions of the Monitoring Committee members that emerged during the meeting, no accordance has been reached regarding the approval of the Public call No. 03/2010 for standard projects – Land border funds, neither regarding the approval of formal administrative check of the submitted standard projects – Public call No. 02/2009, required for further submission of the projects to the quality assessment. The meeting has consequently been suspended.
In accordance with the proposal of the Rapporteur of the European Commission, a meeting has been scheduled by the end of July 2010, to overcome interpretative obstacles that prevent further implementation of Programme’s activities.
