21.07.2010 Training session in Udine: reporting, claim for reimbursements, information and publicity rules
After the thematic workshops about public procurement and purchase of goods and services organized in Slovenia and Italy, the Managing Authority of the Programme, in co-operation with the Joint Technical Secretariat, promotes a new training session mainly for the Lead Partners and Partners of strategic projects part-financed under the public call No 01/2009.
A specific training session in order to help beneficiaries get a quick and good start and begin the activity reporting in view of the deadline set by the subsidy contracts, recently signed by the Managing Authority and Lead Partners, and to encourage the proper application of the EU information and publicity rules.
The event – organized in the framework of the Programme initiatives for supporting final beneficiaries throughout the project implementation - will be held in Udine at the premises of the Auditorium of the Region Friuli Venezia Giulia (in via Sabbadini 31) on July 29, 2010, from 10 am to about 1.30 pm.
During the training session, templates - related with reporting and procedures for claiming reimbursement and the rules concerning information and publicity activities part-financed by the Programme - will be illustrated.
The meeting will provide the Italian/Slovenian simultaneous translation service.
Other two training sessions will be organized in September, in Nova-Gorica (Slovenia) and Venice (Italy). Those meetings will deal with the above mentioned topics, but also focussing on more specific issues related to project implementation.
The documentation related to the event is available in Italian and Slovene language only.
Participation into the event - part-financed by the Cross Border Cooperation Programme Italy-Slovenia - is free of charge.
