Over 150 participants at the training session "Reporting, reimbursement claims, information and publicity rules"
Yesterday the Managing Authority of the Programme, in co-operation with the Joint Technical Secretariat, have organized a training session in Udine on the issue related to reporting, reimbursement claims, information and publicity rules". The event was mainly devoted to Lead Partners and Project Partners of strategic projects financed under the public call No 01/2009.
During the meeting templates related to reporting, reimbursement claims and procedures for archiving of documentation at project level were presented.
At the end of the event guidelines for implementing the visual identity for information and publicity projects’ activities were also illustrated.
Given the interest expressed by participants - over 150 - through the many questions posed by them to the speakers after each speech, the event - organized and funded under the Programme - will be repeated both in Veneto and in Slovenia in September.
