Today we participated in a training course on COGNITIVE NEURO-MOTORIAL GYMNASTICS in the ITIS spaces to improve the psychomotor well-being of the elderly. The knowledge gained will be used in working with older people as part of the CROSSCARE 2.0 project. The aim of the training was to provide project partners with the information necessary to implement a protocol with older adults. In this sense, training that considers motor and cognitive aspects is a process that helps maintain general well-being and protect the prefrontal cortex. The general objective of the CROSSCARE 2.0 project is the exchange of good practices and innovative projects for the care of the elderly.
