Requests for project modifications
To request project modifications, the LP shall use the “Form for request of modification”, which must be filled in both Italian and Slovene. The form must then be submitted to the Managing Authority by certified e-mail at interreg.itaslo@certregione.fvg.it and to the Joint Secretariat at jts.itaslo@regione.fvg.it.
All modifications must be formally approved by the Managing Authority (MA) or by the Monitoring Committee (MC). After the approval by the MA or the MC and following the entry of modifications into the Jems system, the form is also signed by the Managing Authority. The form thus becomes an annex to the Subsidy Contract.
