Legislative framework

Following the publication of the proposal of the Council Regulation on the Multiannual Financial Framework 2028-2034 (COM(2025) 571 of 16 July 2025), the European Commission released the legislative proposals related to the 2028-2034 Cohesion Policy. These proposals are currently under negotiation among the European institutions.
