On May Wednesday 8th we participated in the training course on MOTO-COGNITIVE GYMNASTICS at the Residenza Protetta Sacile. The aim of the training was to provide project partners with the information necessary to delve deeper into a testing protocol, again within the aim of the CROSSCARE 2.0 project. The proposed training considers the motor and cognitive aspects of the elderly people involved and takes the form of a path that helps maintain general well-being and protect the prefrontal cortex. Together we experienced another important step towards the general objective of the CROSSCARE 2.0 project: the exchange of good practices and innovative projects for the care of the elderly.
