Community worker #2

As part of the CrossCare 2.0 project, Residenza Francescon organized a workshop on the Community Worker held in Portogruaro yesterday afternoon by Azzurra Lanfranconi, Project Manager and expert in community planning. Community work is essential to connect the different realities of the territory and guarantee the diffusion of a culture of active aging such as to promote innovative practices of inclusion and community participation, enhancing the social and human characteristics of the community in order to initiate generative welfare .
