On Wednesday June 5th 2024, the Manging Authority of the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia Programme signed the financing contract of the standard project Ero-STOP!
The overall challenge addressed by the Ero-STOP project is climate change adaptation and disaster risk prevention and resilience, taking into account ecosystem approaches. The project specifically addresses erosion in non-urban areas. The overall objective of the project is to set up an expert advisory group and prepare a cross-border action plan for the implementation of preventive and remedial measures in non-urban areas threatened or already affected by erosion.
Lead Partner is Kmetijsko gozdarska zbornica Slovenije Kmetijsko gozdarski zavod Nova Gorica in collaboration with 5 project partners and 2 associated partners.
