Intense day of work

Intense day of work in Trieste on July 1st at the Asp Itis headquarters, which hosted a new partner meeting of the CrossCare 2.0 project. We met together with the Italian and Slovenian partners for an update on the project progress and to plan the appointments and actions for the coming months. The day's agenda focused on updates from care managers, closure of training courses, reporting, communication and press conference scheduled in Slovenia, guidelines for community pacts and experimentation.
