The partners of the COHERENCE project participated in the kick-off meeting at the headquarters of the lead partner, ICGEB, located in Padriciano, within the Area Science Park. This meeting officially marked the start of the project, allowing the partners to establish an initial series of activities to be carried out and to define a detailed schedule of meetings. During the meeting, the partners also defined the first operational actions to be undertaken, identifying potential obstacles that could arise during the project and discussing possible solutions to overcome them. The initial tasks were assigned to each partner, ensuring an effective and coordinated start of operations. Finally, it was decided to organize a first public event, scheduled for late November in Ljubljana, which will offer an important opportunity to present the project and actively involve other stakeholders.
