Project Updates:
- Cross-Training Activities: Cross-training sessions in Italian imaging centers have begun, supporting the Expert Committee in preparing the first deliverable.
- Approval Forms: The Analysis Request Form and Meeting Request Form have been prepared to streamline user requests and assistance. The files are available in the shared Google Drive folder.
Document Updates:
We thank all partners for their contributions to the network presentation document, one of October's deliverables. A simple flowchart based on this document is planned for the future website.
IT and Website Progress:
The website and cloud space have been approved and are expected to meet the milestone deadline.
Marketing and Dissemination:
Baj emphasized a goal of 12 user requests per year, with each imaging center targeting three requests. He encouraged partners to propose ideas for raising public awareness, including participation in Confindustria or its Slovenian counterpart, as well as developing merchandising and brochures.
New Team Member:
Thalhammer has been hired as the official contact with the Joint Secretariat and will start next week.
