Last week has been very active and productive for CrossCare 2.0!
A meeting between the project partners was held on Thursday to review the progress of the activities and coordinate the next steps for the successful implementation of the project. Together we reaffirmed our commitment to the goal of improving care for the elderly and strengthening cross-border cooperation.
On Friday, Slovenian and Italian Care Managers met to exchange experiences and deepen their knowledge. The discussions were full of valuable insights and ideas that will certainly enrich the further implementation of the project.
