We would like to inform the beneficiaries that, at the end of January 2026, the Joint Secretariat will organise a workshop dedicated to the preparation of the final reimbursement request. The exact date of the event will be announced soon.
Please note that, according to the reporting rules, the last reimbursement request, i.e. the final reimbursement request, also serves as the final report and therefore includes the dedicated section “Project closure”. This must be submitted within two months of receiving the last approval of expenses.
In addition, please note that for reports submitted in September 2025, the final approval will be issued by the end of December 2025. Consequently, Lead Partners will have two months from the final approval date to submit the final reimbursement request and will therefore not be required to submit it by 31 January 2026.
