The online workshop dedicated to the final Reimbursement requests for projects under the Interreg VI-A Italy–Slovenia 2021–2027 Programme took place on January 27th, 2026, and saw the participation of over 200 attendees.
The event provided an in-depth operational overview of project closure procedures, with a particular focus on the Final Reimbursement Claim, the “Project Closure” section of the JEMS application, the required documents and templates, and the updates to be made to the project website at the conclusion of activities.
During the workshop, Andreja Grom and Claudia Ferluga from the Joint Secretariat presented the main aspects of the procedures and answered participants’ questions.
The meeting was held in Italian and Slovenian, with simultaneous interpretation, confirming the beneficiaries’ need for operational support during the final phase of project implementation.
