Relive the highlights of the Circular Rainbow project's participation in the 63rd edition of the AGRA International Fair of Agriculture and Food, held on 27 August 2025 in Gornja Radgona, Slovenia.
At the heart of one of Central Europe's most important agri-food events, we promoted circular aquaculture and RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture Systems), a key technology for more sustainable trout farming. The stand, organized in collaboration with Ribogojnica Vodomec, welcomed over 50 visitors, including researchers, public institutions, families, and industry professionals.
Among the most appreciated moments were the tastings of smoked trout, trout caviar, and local specialties, accompanied by informative materials on healthy eating and sustainable aquaculture.
