The BLUECRAB project is organizing a meeting and study visit in Chioggia for project partners, associate partners, and the interested public.
On Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., project partners will visit the Chioggia fish market, followed by a project partners’ meeting.
On Friday, October 3, 2025, at 9:15 a.m., the project press conference will take place, after which the partners will continue the study visit to the Sacca di Scardovari.
On Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., a Slow Food culinary workshop featuring the blue crab will be held as part of the promotional activities.
