The Click&Com(e) helpdesk offers an opportunity to have a moment of direct confrontation with the Programme communication staff that will respond in real time to doubts on the application of the visual identity and provide support on other issues related to communication (use of the project website, social media publications, gadget creation etc.).

The helpdesk is open to communication managers, project partners and project collaborators involved in communication activities.

  • How does it work? Priority will be given to those who connect first. It is not necessary to join right at the opening—just make sure to connect within the half-hour dedicated to your language. Those who have already asked their question may stay connected or leave.
