We invite you to the event "Identification and popularisation of the fossil fauna of the Karst" on the topic of foraminifera and other representatives of the marine microworld. The event will have two parts, a lecture and a workshop on Wednesday, 19 March 2025 at 15:00 in the Area Science Park - Bazovica and a field excursion on Friday, 21 March 2025 at 13:30 in the area of the Globojner Park (near Padrice) and the Glinščice Valley.
The event is a closed-door event for local cave and tourist guides from the area of the Karst-Carso Geopark. The lecture will be in Italian with interpretation in Slovenian. The guided tour will be in English.

The event is part of the strategic project KRAS-CARSO II, co-funded by the European Union under the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia Programme 2021-2027.
