You are kindly invited to the event ‘MEDS GARDEN+ GASTROETNOLOGICAL WORKSHOP and TASTING’ promoted within the MEDS GARDEN+ project.
The programme includes a presentation of the MEDS GARDEN+ project and its interpretation in the Lokovec community forest educational garden. This will be followed by a cooking and tasting workshop on the use of local seasonal and winter stock ingredients in the cuisine of the past and present, with a focus on ROSA DI GORIZIA chicory.
