10:30 | Presentation of the project and the new Mediterranean Garden.
11:00 | Guided educational tour: a journey to discover the species that populate our garden.
11:45 | Experiential workshop: we will see the ultrasonic extractor in action to obtain pure botanical extracts, curated by Dr Emily Safi and Sabrina Serafini, with the participation of the gardening course students.
12.30 | Tasting: exclusive tastings of garden produce prepared by chef Ennio Furlan.
13.00 | Final discussion and farewells.

The event promotes cross-border cooperation: upon request, bilingualism in Italian and Slovenian will be guaranteed.
