Significant achievement for the Cross-border International High School dedicated to Pier Paolo Pasolini.
For the November edition, organised as part of Nova Gorica–Gorizia European Capital of Culture 2025, we received an impressive 46 applications: a number that testifies to the interest, curiosity, and desire of young scholars to engage with Pasolini’s legacy.
The International School offers a unique path that interweaves education, culture, and intercultural exchange. Five intense days between Casarsa, Idrija, and Nova Gorica, featuring lectures, workshops, translations, and experiential activities that will investigate the profound link between Pasolini, Friuli, and the landscapes that nourished his poetics.
This is an opportunity to view the Poet's work from new and dynamic perspectives, thanks to the contribution of young Italian and Slovenian scholars and intellectuals.
