The Interreg Italy–Slovenia Programme will act as coordinator, for the next six months, of the Communication Working Group of the Mediterranean Multi-Programme Mechanism (MMM), the working group bringing together Interreg programmes from the Mediterranean area. This coordinating role is periodically assumed by the member programmes of the MMM. The Working Group aims to foster dialogue and exchange among programmes by promoting shared strategies, good practices and common tools to enhance the visibility and impact of joint activities. The coordination will also contribute to strengthening synergies among participating programmes and consolidating a strategic and integrated approach to communication.
During the first half of 2026, the Interreg Italy–Slovenia Programme will thus be able to make available to the MMM the experience gained in the field of institutional communication and in enhancing the results of European territorial cooperation. This represents a further opportunity to reaffirm the Programme’s commitment to promoting cooperation that is increasingly visible, accessible and oriented towards the territories and communities of the Mediterranean area.
