MEDS GARDEN+ participates in the Interreg GO! Youth Event for the European Capital of Culture 2025.
On March 26, 2025, at the University of Trieste campus in Gorizia, representatives from the MEDS GARDEN+ project partnership participated in the Interreg GO! Youth Event, an important initiative organized by the Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG Regio) of the European Commission and the Interreg Italy-Slovenia Programme.
The event was dedicated to young people from all over Europe and the cross-border region between Italy and Slovenia, already involved in Interreg initiatives.
During the event, the MEDS GARDEN+ project had the opportunity to set up a small exhibition area where participants could discover the project through informational materials and explore the themes of territorial cooperation and sustainable development, also through a special sensory experience with herbs and seeds.
Thanks to initiatives like this, MEDS GARDEN+ continues to promote the enhancement of the natural and cultural resources of the area, strengthening dialogue and cooperation between Italy and Slovenia.
