RE-ACTIVE Infoday: Discover the Call for Climate Resilience Cultural Projects

As part of the RE-ACTIVE project, we organised an Infoday at which we presented in detail the open call for co-financing cultural and community projects aimed at strengthening climate resilience.

Don't miss this opportunity!

The application deadline is 2 June 2026. Apply and become part of a network of organisations that use creativity and commitment to strengthen our communities' resilience to climate change.

RE-ACTIVE Call for Proposals: Key Information

At the Infoday, we presented all the essential details of the call, which supports projects with a value between €8,000 and €12,000. The following topics were covered:

  • Purpose of the call: co-financing of cultural and community projects that use art and education to raise awareness of climate change and build community resilience.
  • Eligible organisations: non-governmental organisations (associations, institutes, foundations) and public bodies (municipalities, public institutions) registered in five statistical regions: Primorsko-notranjska, Osrednjeslovenska, Gorenjska, Obalno-kraška and Goriška.
  • Project value: between €8,000 and €12,000 (fixed amount, regardless of the number of partners).
  • Project duration: from the signing of the contract (June 2026) until 30 November 2026.
  • Application deadline: 2 June 2026 by 23:59, exclusively by e-mail to reactive@pina.si.
  • Announcement of results: by 8 June 2026.

What Kind of Projects Are We Looking For?

The call supports innovative approaches that include:

  • the use of artistic languages to raise awareness of environmental issues,
  • sustainable production and activities with a minimal environmental footprint (e.g. zero-waste events),
  • active learning about sustainability and climate change adaptation,
  • the valorisation of cultural heritage through the lens of sustainability,
  • reducing climate anxiety and strengthening communities.

Watch the Infoday Recording

For all those who were unable to attend the event in person, the full Infoday recording is available. It provides a detailed explanation of the call's objectives, eligibility conditions and the application process. Watch the recording here.

Documentation and Application

All call documentation (call text, application form, evaluation criteria) is available in Slovenian and Italian on the PiNA website. For any questions, please contact us at reactive@pina.si. Queries are answered up to three days before the application deadline.

Don't miss this opportunity! The application deadline is 2 June 2026. Apply and become part of a network of organisations that use creativity and commitment to strengthen our communities' resilience to climate change.
