On 21 May 2026, Interreg Central Europe published the results of the Strategic Call for Capitalisation. Among the approved projects, beneficiaries from the Interreg Italy–Slovenia Programme feature prominently (AI-CONSTRUCT-CE, ENSURE, SUNFLOWER, Youth4Agri, TransCEnd, LINK-AGE, Closing the Gap, REC-BRIDGE). This outcome highlights both the quality of the projects and the commitment of the programme management structures to fostering synergies between programmes and supporting beneficiaries beyond the funding period, with a view to strengthening cooperation in 2028–2034
