On Wednesday, 4 February 2026, we gathered in Manzano at the headquarters of Cluster Legno Arredo for the second partners’ meeting of the WoodInnovate project.
We reviewed the progress of project activities, focusing on the analysis and assessment of conditions, pilot projects for evaluating bark beetle-damaged wood, as well as training, capacity building, and the establishment of a Model Forest. We also addressed communication activities, project management, and financial reporting, and coordinated the next steps.
The meeting concluded with a presentation of the Innovation Platform and a visit to the Eco-Design and Sustainability Platform.
The meeting confirmed the partners’ shared commitment to developing innovative and sustainable solutions for the forest-wood sector in the Alps-Adriatic region.
