We are glad to announce the launch of the third edition of the Students4Cooperation competition dedicated to high school students from the Programme area. The competition organized by the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia 2021-2027 Programme and sponsored by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region is one of the initiatives under the Youth4Cooperation brand, supported by the European Commission.
The competition aims to bring young people closer to cross-border cooperation and give them the opportunity to present a project ideat that addresses their needs and aspirations, based on the themes related to the Programme's objectives.
Students are invited to form teams of up to six members, accompained by one professor, and write a proposal for a cross-border cooperation project involving Italian and Slovenian actors. Project ideas will be evaluated by a jury composed of the Interreg Italy-Slovenia Programme staff, a representative of the European Commission, and representatives of other Interreg Programmes and organisations promoting activities for young people. The teams with the best project ideas will be invited to present them at a live or online event scheduled for next spring, during which the winning team will also be announced.
The winning team will be awarded with a study visit to Bruxelles!
Important deadlines:
- October 31st, 2026 at 23:59: deadline for submitting the registration form (Annex 1)
- December 18th, 2026 at 23:59: deadline for submitting the project idea (Annex 2)
