Set in the squares of San Vito al Tagliamento, the project ‘Sulle Tracce di Pasolini: a literary journey in San Vito al Tagliamento’ was conceived and implemented by the Municipality of San Vito al Tagliamento thanks to the Call for proposals for the creation of literary tourism itineraries in Friuli Venezia Giulia, promoted by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region within the activities of the European project DANTE.
The initiative gave rise to a literary tourism itinerary dedicated to the life and work of Pier Paolo Pasolini, transforming the squares of San Vito al Tagliamento into an open-air stage where history, poetry and technological innovation come together.
To further enrich the experience, an immersive digital ecosystem was developed, featuring an interactive mapping of Pasolini-related sites, dedicated multimedia content, and a geolocated narrative enhanced by readings, quotations and testimonies. Through these tools, visitors can enjoy a dynamic and engaging journey, discovering the area through the words, places and inspirations that shaped Pasolini's work.
