The GO TOURISM project aims to harness the natural and cultural assets of the Nova Gorica - Gorica cross-border area, in conjunction with the European Capital of Culture 2025, to develop sustainable tourism products. The goal is to improve stakeholders' skills, increase the visibility of the cross-border area and promote the CEC GO! 2025. The project will promote closer cooperation, creating networks between tourism service providers and operators in the two neighboring countries. Outputs include promotional events, cross-border training, and two tourism exchanges in 2024 and 2025. The ultimate goal is greater awareness of culture in sustainable tourism and a more visible and integrated cross-border destination.
