The Travelling Community Circus project addresses the challenge of the lack of diversity of cultural and community activities in rural and suburban areas of Italy and Slovenia. The first phase of the project will seek to build a circus community through the organization of 31 events, including circus pedagogy workshops on the use of various circus props. In the second phase, a circus tent will be set up and used as a venue for workshops, concerts and performances offered by local communities. The target audience for the project will be young people interested in getting involved in the cultural sector, cultural workers, technicians circus artists and circus teachers.
