CrossCare 2.0 at the Festival of the Third Age

Last week we successfully held the CrossCare 2.0 press conference!
At the event we presented the progress and results of the project on integrated care for the elderly in Slovenia and Italy. We shared interesting results and plans for future activities. We would like to thank all participants for their presence and support!
