The 2024 grape harvest and grape picking (Glera and Pinot Grigio varieties) in the Irrigavit project with researchers from the University of Udine and operators from ERSA FVG (associated partner). The experimental vineyards are divided by thesis and the impact of water stress on the plant. The grapes are weighed, divided and sent to the Azienda Agricola Servadei winery in Udine for vinification and future analysis.
