On 13 April, the second StoriaBus of the year will set off on its journey, taking you on a tour of two symbolic sites of resistance and Nazi-Fascist occupation, accompanied by Andrea Zaninni and Bojan Godeša:

  • Palmanova, Caserma Piave

One of the five anti-Party repression centres in Friuli, scene of torture and deportations between 1944 and 1945. More than 500 prisoners passed through this town, many of whom never returned.

  • Ljubljana, a city surrounded by barbed wire

In 1942, the Slovenian capital was turned into a huge internment camp surrounded by 30 km of barbed wire. Today, this tragic perimeter has become the Path of Remembrance and Comradeship, a route through history and nature.

  • Meeting point: car park at the border crossing Valico di Casa Rossa/Rožna dolina - GORIZIA
  • Departure at 9.00
  • Estimated return at 19.00
  • Participation is free of charge, but reservation is required (from Monday 31 March from 8.00 a.m.) by e-mail to segreteria@estoria.it
