On Thursday, February 19, at 3 p.m., an event entitled FLOODS AND INSTABILITY will take place in the Event Hall of the library of the scientific center of the University of Udine (Street 'delle Scienze' - Udine). The event will be organized as part of the TORRENT project of the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia program. The event will feature a scientific seminar entitled 'The danger of floods – from a global perspective to local solutions' (Günter Blöschl, winner of the Stockholm Water Prize in 2025) and a presentation of the TORRENT project and its results to date.
A parallel event in Slovenian will take place online on February 24, 2026, starting at 1:00 p.m..
