You are warmly invited to the public presentation of the results of the X-BRAIN.net research project – Network for cross-border cooperation in post-stroke rehabilitation using innovative technologies, which will take place in Room A1 of the Narodni Dom building, located at Via Filzi 14 in Trieste, on Wednesday, 20.8.2025 at 17:30.
The project is led by the University of Trieste (Department of Medical, Surgical, and Health Sciences) and co-funded by the Interreg Italy–Slovenia Program.
After two years of collaboration, researchers and clinicians from the University of Trieste, the Koper Scientific Research Center, the Neurology Clinic of Cattinara Hospital (ASUGI), and the Izola General Hospital will present advanced technological solutions and shared protocols for early motor and cognitive rehabilitation after stroke – from virtual reality-based techniques and combined approaches to reduce the effects of prolonged immobility, to the implementation of new active hospital rooms.
