On 7 May the partners Soča Valley Development Centre (lead partner), Agrifood & Bioeconomy FVG Foundation, University of Ljubljana (Biotechnical Faculty), University of Udine (Department of Agricultural, Food, Environmental and Animal Sciences) and Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie participated in the kick-off meeting in Kobarid. Also, we were pleased to have Dr. Michele Becia representing the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg Italy-Slovenia Program 2021-2027.

During the meeting, organized by the lead partner and held in the conference room of the Planika Dairy Museum, important information for the management and communication of the project was shared.

Each task leader presented his action plan for each stage of work and the results to be achieved.

Finally, an interesting visit to the Planika Dairy plant and the Kobarid Cheese Museum allowed the partnership members to become familiar with the cross-border dairy sector's important reality and gather useful information for future activities.
