An initiative promoted by project partner Kmetijska Zadruga Agraria Koper, z.o.o. We invite you to a unique culinary experience, where through the creations of renowned chef Črt Butul from Domačija Butul, we will discover the charm of Mediterranean cuisine and the rich gastronomic heritage of Istria. During the masterclass, you will be able to follow the preparation of dishes made with carefully selected local Mediterranean ingredients and learn more about sustainability practices, the use of seasonal vegetables and fruits, and the reduction of food waste.
The event will take place online. Friday, September 12, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. Mediterranean Garden Purissima Spodnje Škofije 11e, 6281 Škofije.
