On Tuesday, 26 August 2025, we invite you to the piano concert Allow Yourself, which will take place in the little Church of St. Valentine on Sabotin, a place rich in history and memory.

The performer is pianist and composer Luca Ciut, author of film music nominated for the David di Donatello and European Film Awards. He will present his new project Allow Yourself, taking us on a musical journey through emotion and introspection.

 

PROGRAM

17:00 Arrival by private vehicle at one of the three designated parking areas and departure on foot toward the Church of St. Valentine

18:20 Welcome speech by a representative of the BeWoP project (bilingual format)

18:30 Allow Yourself concert – Luca Ciut

20:00 Return on foot and by private vehicle from the church to Štmaver

21:00 Reception in collaboration with KD Sabotin, held at the premises of the former elementary school in Štmaver

 

HOW TO REACH the Church of St. Valentine – concert venue

  • Parking on or near the platform above the Sabotin (Osimo) Road (NSA 55) and transfer by minibus to the 6th curve of the military road, followed by a 10–15-minute walk on a gravel path to the church;

  • On foot from the Slovenian side of Sabotin:

    • Parking at the Visitor Center, Sabotin Peace Park – 45/60-minute walk

    • Parking along the gravel road connecting the road from Podsabotin to the fifth curve of the military road on the Italian side of Sabotin – 30-minute walk

The event is free of charge, but registration is required.
