The third project partners’ meeting of the BeWoP project took place on 10 March 2025 at the GO! Center in Gorizia/Gorica and online via Microsoft Teams. Representatives of all project partners were present.
During the meeting, partners presented the activities carried out in the second reporting period and noted that some planned results had not yet been achieved; therefore, appropriate justification will be required in the next lead partner report.
Discussions also focused on activities planned for the third and fourth reporting periods, including the action plan, the book and film on the Walk of Peace, the mobile application, the èStoria festival and èStoriabus itineraries, study visits, the development of info points, and the organisation of major and minor cross-border events.
In the financial section, partners reviewed expenditure up to the end of the second interim report. The lead partner has successfully submitted the report and received the funds, and the reallocation of resources has also been approved. Project partners expect to reach the required 25% expenditure threshold at project level by September 2025.
