The Interreg ALL‑MICRO project partnership met on 28 April 2026 to review progress on key administrative milestones and upcoming public engagement activities.
A major step forward was achieved with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which formalises cooperation among project partners. Following approval by the University of Trieste Legal Office, the MoU was translated into Italian and Slovenian and circulated to all partners’ legal offices using the official Interreg template. Partners are now proceeding with the internal approval process, after which the document will be signed sequentially by each partner, in line with the order established in the Grant Application.
The meeting also focused on project implementation activities. Partners were reminded to finalise the pilot study reports, which are a central component of the ALL‑MICRO technical work and will contribute to upcoming reporting milestones.
In addition, partners reviewed the status of the ALL‑MICRO Open Days, a series of events organised throughout May on a rotating basis by the different partners. While initial interest has been recorded, application numbers remain limited. To improve participation, some deadlines have been extended and the partnership agreed to strengthen promotional and outreach efforts in the coming weeks.
Communication activities were also discussed, highlighting the role of direct engagement alongside standard newsletter dissemination. Targeted email invitations and personalised outreach were identified as effective tools to reach relevant audiences.
The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to increase visibility for ALL‑MICRO activities and ensure strong participation in upcoming events, reinforcing collaboration across borders and institutions.
