At the end of August, we organized a meeting of Slovenian Care Managers as part of the Crosscare 2.0 project. A very interesting and constructive debate developed, in which we shared experiences and discussed the next steps of the project. The meeting was attended by representatives of DEOS and DSO Grosuplje.
