The Circular.Buildings project workshop cycle is now coming to an end. After numerous meetings held over the past few months, the training programme for companies and professionals in the construction sector is entering its final phase, with three final workshops scheduled for February.
These are the last events in the Italian version of the training calendar, while the corresponding workshops in Slovenian have already been held in previous months, thus completing the cross-border programme envisaged by the project.
The last three workshops on the calendar
The three concluding meetings will address key issues for innovation and competitiveness among SMEs and technical professionals:
• BIM: advantages and prospects for businesses – 24 February
In-person workshop dedicated to the practical use of Building Information Modelling and its operational advantages for businesses and designers.
• Energy efficiency in construction – 25 February
Online workshop designed for professionals and businesses, with the aim of offering a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of best practices and innovations in the sector, presenting practical solutions and approaches for improving the energy performance of buildings.
• Building the future: legislation and solutions for efficient waste management – 26 February
In-person workshop dedicated to businesses, professionals and stakeholders in the construction sector operating in the cross-border area. The workshop will address the issue of regulatory compliance in construction waste management, with the aim of clarifying doubts, understanding the logic behind the regulations and exploring certain aspects related to waste management on the border between Italy and Slovenia.
The workshops on 24 February and 26 February will take place at the SDGZ Ures headquarters in Trieste and Sgonico, while the meeting on 25 February will be accessible remotely.
A training course that is coming to an end
These last three events conclude a series of workshops designed to offer practical tools, regulatory updates and operational skills to support the transition towards more innovative, efficient and circular construction. This process has involved companies, technicians and professionals on both sides of the border who are interested in strengthening their competitiveness and seizing the opportunities offered by new practices in the sector.
