May 30th: The meeting to present cognitive neuro-motor gymnastics to the target group chosen for experimentation as part of the CrossCare 2.0 project took place today at the Residenza Francescon Portogruaro. This motor practice represents an innovative working model which aims, through a specific motor/cognitive training path, to slow down the cognitive and physical decline of the person involved, thus offering them a complete system for treatment and prevention.
Another important step towards the general objective of the project: the exchange of good practices and innovative projects for the care of the elderly.
