Shoreline, in collaboration with the other partners of the SeaInsights project, has prepared a communication toolkit designed to present the project’s objectives and results. Through internal discussions amongst partners and with various stakeholders via participatory processes, communication materials have been developed to enable the public to learn more about the rich and precious marine biodiversity of the Northern Adriatic, with a particular focus on cetaceans.
The toolkit consists of a six-page leaflet in Italian, Slovenian and English, a cetacean identification poster in Italian, Slovenian and English, and a short three-episode podcast on the biodiversity of the Northern Adriatic, methods for studying it, and the characteristics of the marine mammals most frequently sighted, available in Italian and Slovenian.
