The Municipality of Monfalcone/Tržič as a partner of the CO-ADRIA project is organizing a cross-border conference dedicated to measures and tools to promote an effective transition to climate neutrality by 2050.
The event will take place on Friday, March 13, 2026 from 9:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the hall of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Monfalcone, Piazza della Repubblica 8 (1st floor).
An overview of energy communities (RECs) in Slovenia, Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Italy will be given, with a special focus on cross-border energy communities (the “Friuli-Goriška” project). This will be followed by a panel “North Adriatic Hydrogen Valley” dedicated to the NAHV – North Adriatic Hydrogen Valley partnership, which will also present measures in the field of sustainable mobility and the creation of synergies for joint cross-border action.
