The Interreg Italy-Slovenia Programme participated in the INFORM EU Communication Lab, an event that brings together communication officers from European programmes to share strategies and best practices on the communication and visibility of EU co-funded projects.
Claudia Ferluga, Communication Officer of the Programme, gave a presentation illustrating how Interreg Italy-Slovenia monitors and supports the communication efforts of individual projects. Among the tools presented:
- a standardized visual identity, with weekly checks to ensure compliance with the Programme guidelines;
- the requirement to host project websites on the Programme platform, with content verification and approval;
- active support in communication through participation in project events and meetings with partners;
- a system for verifying and approving communication expenses, integrating approvals into project reporting.
The event, hosted by the Regional Council of Île-de-France and the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion, focused on strategies to ensure the visibility of funded initiatives, prevent communication errors, and guarantee compliance with EU regulations.
With the participation of experts from across Europe, the Interreg Italy-Slovenia Program shared its experience, providing concrete insights into tools and processes for effective and transparent communication.
