During this first kick-off meeting, under the coordination of Scuola Centrale Formazione (LP) - the partners who attended were able to share the strategy and action plan, and plan together the next project phases and activities. During the meeting, it was also possible to visit the OSF Foundation Gardens: the MEDSGarden+ project will be materialized in the Pordenone area, precisely with the expansion of the "Friul" Garden, an existing green space located within the OSF Foundation campus (known as the Villaggio del Fanciullo), and which will allow the enhancement of the biodiversity of the "Comina" area. In the area of Koper, the Purissima garden of KZ Agraria will be further qualified during the project, while three new MEDS GARDENS will be activated, in Cividale del Friuli (CIVIFORM Vertical kitchen-Garden and Mediterranean Cloister Garden) and in the Nova Gorica metropolitan area (Lokovec Forest Garden), respectively.
The gardens will be animated during the project by a rich programme of events, which the partners have started working on.
