The ALL-MICRO partnership met on 29 June 2026 to review key progress areas and plan upcoming activities.
Progress on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
Discussions focused on the ongoing signing process of the Memorandum of Understanding. Partners agreed to wait for feedback from the CNR-IOM legal office until the end of the week, after which institutions may proceed independently if necessary. The consortium confirmed that the MoU must be finalised by the end of August or early September.
All partners were encouraged to share the document with their legal departments, noting that it does not involve financial, timing, or personnel commitments.
Financial Updates
The Lead Partner informed participants that the JEMs reimbursement system will open shortly, with reimbursement procedures managed centrally.
Pilot Project Reporting
Work on pilot projects is progressing well, with multiple reports already collected and additional contributions expected shortly—highlighting the strong engagement of the consortium.
Upcoming Meetings
To organise the next project meeting, partners agreed to circulate a poll to identify a suitable date between 27 July and 4 August.
Future Opportunities and Collaboration
Looking ahead, partners are preparing the next meeting (late July–early August) and exploring new opportunities through upcoming Interreg workshops and calls, paving the way for future collaborations and innovative ideas such as scientific tourism and cross-border connectivity.
