Project partners recently met to coordinate the next steps of the project, with particular emphasis on the upcoming Open Days, which will take place across the partner network throughout May. These events are designed to welcome researchers, students and interested stakeholders and offer a unique opportunity to explore advanced microscopy facilities and discover the expertise available within the project.
Each hosting institution will organise its Open Day programme according to local needs, with guided visits and demonstrations highlighting key instruments, techniques and research activities.
The University of Trieste (UniTS) will host its Open Day on 27 May from 9:00 to 14:00 (link).
The University of Nova Gorica (UNG) will follow on 12 May (link),
CNR‑IOM on 7 May (link)
and the Nanocenter on 21 May (link).
During the meeting, partners also reaffirmed their commitment to long‑term collaboration through a shared Memorandum of Understanding, currently being finalised, and briefly discussed future European funding opportunities aimed at strengthening research infrastructures.
Interested participants are warmly invited to register and take part in the Open Days. Further details on the programmes and registration procedures will be published shortly via the project website and communication channels—stay tuned and don’t miss the chance to see cutting‑edge microscopy in action.
